Cancellation Policy

Session Policies / Terms & Conditions 1. Payment, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy Deposits and Payments: The required payment or deposit at the time of booking secures your time slot on our calendar. No Refunds: All payments made are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation by the client. Rescheduling: If you need to change the date or time of your session, you may reschedule subject strictly to availability on the seasonal calendar. We ask that you notify us at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. 2. Punctuality and Late Policy Because sessions are scheduled back-to-back every 30 minutes, arriving 5 minutes before your scheduled time is essential. If you arrive late, the lost time will be deducted from your 30-minute session to avoid delaying the next client. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session will be considered canceled with no right to a refund or rescheduling. 3. Copyright and Commercial Use Personal Use: Purchasing the session grants the client a personal use license, allowing you to print the photos, use them for holiday cards, and share them on your social media. Photos may not be sold, altered, or used for commercial or branding purposes without prior written authorization. 4. Social Media Credit We love seeing you share your photos! Whenever you post your images on social media (Instagram, Facebook), we would appreciate it if you tag our official account: @wed_white_. 5. Photo Delivery You will receive a total of 25 high-resolution edited photos. Photos will be delivered the same day as the session through a private digital gallery where you can download them directly to your phone or computer. 6. Weather and Force Majeure In the event of adverse weather conditions (heavy rain, severe storms) or unforeseen acts of God that prevent the session from taking place at the park, the photographer will offer alternative dates and times to reschedule your session.
